Phoenix Hall features auditoriums of political speeches, theater productions and fairs. The originally Phoenix Hall burned down in 1893 and was rebuilt, still used for the same functions. The oldest house still standing in Concord New Hampshire is the Walker-Woodman House which was built between 1733 and 1735. President Franklin Pierce also owned a house in Concord New Hampshire, call now the Pierce Manse, where he resided before and after his Presidency.
